Topsail Junior Pirates (TJP) EPCPWA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Our organization is run entirely by volunteers. All members of the Board of Directors are volunteers and are not compensated for the hundreds of hours they work throughout the year to keep this program going. All of our coaches and seasonal staff are also volunteers who put in many hours on and off the practice fields each season.

Our organization is funded through registration fees, sponsorship and fundraisers. All funds are put back into the program to pay expenses and make improvements. Some of the expenses we incur each year include repair and/or replacement of equipment and uniforms, field maintenance costs, insurance, background checks, merchandise for resale, referees, post season play, and other miscellaneous administrative expenses.

We are a subordinate member of Pop Warner Little Scholars (PWLS), and are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by PWLS. We are part of the Mid-South Pop Warner region, which consists of 7 states, broken down into 15 member conferences. We are part of Coastal Pop Warner, which is made up of 9 teams from our surrounding communities.

Each year we strive to improve and nurture this program, thus ensuring its continued existence and availability for the community. We appreciate the support and enthusiasm of all our volunteers, sponsors, and parents.
